Being owners ourselves we know how it feels to have something wrong with your animal.

Excellent facilities

In the purpose built centre you will find excellent facilities such as examination rooms, surgical theatres, in house laboratory and recovery rooms. All facilities are suitable for pets, horses and farm animals.
As an extra service the centre will have a shop where you can buy a range of quality food, diets, supplements, supplies, wormers, etc.

A unique centre for reproduction
Kenmare veterinary centre offers a very comprehensive service with regards everything involved in breeding.
Equine; We have offered a AI and reproduction service to breeders since we first opened our Equine Hospital in 2006. Next to that we have top stallions at stud in Kenmare.
Cattle and sheep; scanning, AI and all works involved for an economic and successful breeding program for farmers Mobile service
 
Kenmare Veterinary Centre is the only combined registered Equine hospital and Small animal hospital in the whole south west! But we have more to offer.

We are the only Equine hospital offering a complete mobile clinic affordable for everyone.
Our vans travel nationwide and have a lot to offer. 
Of course we carry out all the usual house visits for pets and farm animals as well.

Animal welfare and training
Henk Offereins and his staff want to invest time and effort in animal welfare and training of owners and animals. Also animal related clubs are very welcome to use the facilities of the centre. Furthermore a lot of information is available about different topics, such as puppy or kitten care, vaccination, neutering, animal diets or flea control. We are very proud to be able to offer behaviour courses, puppy training/parties and customs made training sessions for animals with specific behaviour problems.

This service is carried out by one of our nurses, Bernie Bates RVN, Qualified Behaviourist.
